18 & UNDER - BOYS

Please complete the 2026 Annual Forms prior to registering for any other session. You will only be asked to complete these forms once a year. These forms must be completed before participating in any pool activities.



An 18 and under water polo class focuses on advancing players' skills and preparing them for collegiate-level competition. Key areas of focus include:


  1. Advanced Techniques: Refining complex skills such as precision passing, tactical shooting, and advanced defensive tactics.
  2. Game Strategy: In-depth analysis of game strategies, including offensive and defensive schemes, situational play, man up offense and defensive strategy, and adapting to different opponents.
  3. Physical Conditioning: Enhancing strength, endurance, and agility to meet the demands of high-level competition.
  4. Mental Preparation: Developing mental toughness, game focus, and resilience under pressure.
  5. Team Dynamics and Leadership: Cultivating leadership qualities, effective communication, and teamwork to foster a cohesive unit.
  6. College Readiness: Preparing athletes for the transition to college sports with an understanding of NCAA regulations, time management skills, and academic balance.
  7. Recruitment Guidance: Providing resources and guidance on the recruitment process, including building athletic resumes, navigating college visits, and connecting with college coaches.


These focus areas ensure that players are not only technically proficient and physically prepared but also knowledgeable about the path to collegiate athletics and the recruitment process.



Available for boys ages 17 to 18.

Eligibility is determined by the athlete's age as of August 1, 2026.



DRYLAND

Dryland training is optional and provided at no extra charge.

Dryland training is the exercises and workouts swimmers do outside the water to improve swimming performance. Using dryland workouts as part of your swim training offers several significant benefits, including improved strength, power, endurance, range of motion, and injury prevention.
